Kamp Rental Agreement

Please fill out the contract and mail it with the deposit, payable to David Smiley. I will contact you if there are any questions and mail you a signed copy of the contract.

Cost of rental
Due to the change in Ontario taxes to HST on July 1, we will need to deal with tax on an individual basis. I believe the tax rates on the "Rates and Availability" page is correct.

Arrival and Departure Clean up check list

Please review this list when you arrive and let me know if the clean up is incomplete or if there is any damage. Give me a call if required and we can decide if I should call in a cleaner. I can also report perceived damage to the previous tenant in a timely manner.

The place should be clean and tidy at arrival and departure. Use this check list as a guide:

Garbage & recycling to be taken with you or dropped of at the dump.

Put compost in the compost bin beside my garbage shed.

Clean fridge, (turn off fridge at the electrical panel.) Turn the fridge back on.

Stove, BBQ off, fire out.

Water toys & boats secured on shore.

Hang lifejackets on line or put inside if dry.

Sweep/mop floor as required. Shake out mats.

Close all windows.

Lock the Kamp and return the key to the "stash."
